1. Definitions

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on fb77bd. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and any balances therein being forfeited. 2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Limits

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. 3.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. fb77bd may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant Account balances. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

fb77bd offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit via bKash or Nagad are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited; unused bonus funds will expire automatically.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered at least 20 times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to progressive jackpot slots, virtual sports, and low-margin casino games — may not contribute fully to wagering requirements. fb77bd reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering contribution at its discretion.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

fb77bd operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit from a bonus, and any other strategy the Company reasonably determines to constitute abuse. fb77bd reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts in cases of confirmed abuse.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed through fb77bd are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that bet selections, stake amounts, and odds displayed are correct before confirming a wager. fb77bd will not be liable for bets placed in error by the Player. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and may vary by event, bet type, and Account history.

5.2 Void Bets

fb77bd reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error or system fault;
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before settlement conditions are met;
• fb77bd has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.

5.3 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA, BPL governing committee). fb77bd will make reasonable efforts to settle markets promptly following the conclusion of an event. Where an official result is delayed, fb77bd may delay settlement accordingly. Settled bets are final and will not be reopened except in cases of demonstrable system error.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events at fb77bd's discretion. Odds on in-play markets fluctuate in real time and bets are accepted subject to availability. fb77bd may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. The Company accepts no liability for delays in bet acceptance caused by network latency, device performance, or market suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
